Girls Week

This past week Ethan got to go to a YMCA camp every morning for a few hours.  That meant GIRL TIME!  We got to do some fun things together.

Monday we went to the pool and had a picnic
Tuesday we went to Castlewood for Abby's favorite - getting wet in the creek!

Wednesday we went to Grant's Farm.  Abby was REALLY excited about the train ride.  She was literally jumping up and down squealing when they opened the ropes to let us get on.

Thursday we ran errands for the girl's birthday party
And Friday we had a playdate with our friends The Smiths! 

The girls had a lot of fun spending time together while Ethan was off at his Superhero camp.  Without Ethan around it was VERY quiet.  On car rides, Abby just sits and listens to music.  No constant train of thought coming out of her mouth.  I actually found myself thinking it was uncomfortably quiet.  She is such a sweet little girl and it was great being able focus my attention on just her.....well, emily too.

Next week Abby goes to camp every day, so that gives me and Ethan some time together.  I have a feeling the week will be a little different....
